- Prepare the boots: Sit upright or recline comfortably with your legs extended. Fully unzip both compression boots before inserting your legs.
- Put on both boots: Place each leg and foot inside the corresponding boot. Position your legs in the center and keep your feet as close to the bottom of the boots as comfortably possible.
- Close and position the boots: Zip both boots securely and keep your legs straight and flat to prevent folds, twisting or compression chamber kinks.
- Turn on the device: Press and hold the power button until the LED indicators illuminate.
